Erin Wojcik LSW

Erin Wojcik is a Licensed Social Worker serving clients in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, providing individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Erin is passionate about supporting individuals navigating anxiety, OCD, health anxiety related to chronic illness, depression, life transitions, emotional regulation, and self-esteem concerns.

Erin earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University. She began her clinical training working in a homeless shelter as a CBT therapist and later transitioned into a full-time role as a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) therapist in an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Her additional experience as a high school counselor has given her a strong understanding of the emotional, social, and developmental challenges children and adolescents may experience.

Erin’s approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based, drawing from DBT and CBT to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and experiences. She recognizes that patterns often develop for a reason and may have once served as important ways of coping. Together, Erin and her clients explore these patterns, build practical skills, and work toward changes that feel meaningful and sustainable. Erin also supports individuals with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), helping clients better understand the OCD cycle, develop greater tolerance for uncertainty, and reduce the ways anxiety and compulsions interfere with everyday life.

When working with younger clients, Erin incorporates her training in play therapy to create a developmentally appropriate space for children to express emotions, build coping skills, strengthen confidence, and work through challenges in ways that feel natural and engaging. She understands that children do not always have the words to explain what they are experiencing and uses play, creativity, and connection to help them communicate and grow.

At the heart of Erin’s work is a strong, supportive therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow. She brings warmth and authenticity into the therapy room while helping clients develop skills they can carry with them beyond therapy.

Outside of the therapy room, Erin enjoys spending time with her fiancé and dog, running, reading, listening to or playing live music, and relaxing at her favorite place, the Jersey Shore. She strongly believes that self-care is essential and encourages clients to explore what balance and wellness look like for them.

Erin is currently accepting new clients at our Mount Laurel location and virtually throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
