Annmarie Taylor, MA, LAC

Annmarie Taylor is a Licensed Associate Counselor with more than 20 years of experience supporting individuals across different stages of life. She provides therapy for adolescents and adults, bringing a compassionate, steady, and client-centered approach to her work.

Annmarie earned her Master of Arts in Counseling from The College of New Jersey and has extensive experience helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, goal setting, and future planning. Her background as a high school counselor gives her a deep understanding of the high school calendar and its associated academic, social, and emotional stressors, including periods of increased pressure around transitions, expectations, and decision-making.

While this experience informs her work with adolescents, Annmarie is actively expanding her clinical experience with adults, supporting individuals navigating life transitions, emotional wellness, identity, and personal growth. She brings a thoughtful and supportive approach to helping clients build clarity, confidence, and resilience.

Annmarie believes that everyone needs support at various points in their lives and views counseling as a healthy and effective pathway toward emotional balance, insight, and growth. She is passionate about serving as an advocate and source of encouragement, helping clients move toward fulfilling and values-driven lives.
