  • Getting Started

    1. Reach Out

    Complete our contact form or request a consultation to discuss availability, scheduling, and therapist fit. Our team will help match you with a clinician based on your needs, preferences, and availability.


    2. Complete Intake Forms

    Once scheduled, you’ll receive secure online intake documents to complete prior to your first session.


    3. Begin Therapy

    You’ll meet with your therapist for your first session and begin working collaboratively toward your goals.

  • First Session

    Your first session is a chance to get to know your therapist and share what’s bringing you to therapy. Together, you’ll review relevant history, current concerns, and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. This session is paced to feel supportive, not overwhelming, and there’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with.

  • Session Length & Frequency

    Most individual therapy sessions are 55 minutes, while couples sessions are typically 60 minutes, depending on the service. 


    Session frequency is individualized and may be weekly, biweekly, or adjusted over time based on your goals and clinical needs.


    Together with your therapist you will find a rhythm that supports your goals and feels sustainable for you.

  • Telehealth/Online Therapy

    We offer secure telehealth sessions for clients located in New Jersey. Telehealth allows you to attend sessions from the comfort of your home while receiving the same level of care as in-person services. Telehealth availability may vary by clinician.


    Please note: For safety and privacy reasons, you cannot be driving during your session. You must also be physically located in the state of New Jersey at the time of your appointment.

  • Rates & Insurance

    Session fees vary based on service type, length, and clinician. Our team is committed to transparency, and all fees will be reviewed with you prior to scheduling.


    Self-Pay Rates

    Individual Intake Session (60 minutes): $175


    OCD Assessment & Intake (75–90 minutes): $249


    Individual Therapy Session (50 minutes): $160


    Couples Intake Session (90 minutes): $250


    Couples Therapy Session (60 minutes): $215

    We are currently in-network with the following plans:

    At this time, we are not in-network with Medicaid plans. We understand this may be a barrier, and we’re happy to help explore alternative options or referrals when possible.

    Payment & Accessibility

    Payment is due at the time of service. We also offer limited sliding-scale and reduced-fee options through specific programs when available.

  • Cancelations

    We value your time and the time of our clinicians, and we do our best to keep appointments accessible for all clients. Please note that insurance does not cover cancellation or no-show fees, and clients are personally responsible for these charges.


    Telehealth Sessions


    A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a telehealth appointment.


    Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $75 non-refundable cancellation fee.


    In-Person Sessions


    Due to limited availability and high demand for in-person appointments, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.


    Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a $100 non-refundable cancellation fee.


    In-Person Scheduling Policy

    If three in-person sessions are canceled for the same recurring time slot, clients may be moved to a different appointment time or transitioned to virtual sessions if there is a waitlist for in-person services. Due to limited in-person availability, this policy is not flexible.


    We understand that unexpected situations arise and encourage clients to communicate as early as possible whenever scheduling changes are needed.

  • Hours

    Appointment availability varies by clinician, service type, and location. Our team offers a range of daytime, evening, and limited weekend appointments, depending on provider availability.


    Telehealth appointments are available throughout New Jersey.


    In-person sessions are offered at our Mount Laurel and Pennington locations on select days.


    All sessions are by appointment only.


    Once you reach out, our team will work with you to match you with a clinician whose availability aligns with your schedule and needs.

  • What’s the difference if I see an intern?

    Seeing an intern can be a meaningful and effective therapy experience. Our interns are graduate-level clinicians in advanced training who are carefully selected and supported by Wildflowers Within Counseling & Wellness.


    Here’s what to know:

    • Interns are closely supervised by licensed clinicians to ensure high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based care
    • They receive ongoing training and consultation, often bringing fresh perspectives and up-to-date clinical knowledge
    • Sessions with interns may be offered at reduced or no cost, increasing access to care
    • Interns follow the same standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and client-centered care as all members of our team
    • Many clients find working with an intern to be collaborative, thoughtful, and supportive. While interns are still completing their training, you are never receiving care in isolation—your treatment is guided by both the intern and a licensed supervisor.
