Kristina Ferguson LAC

Kristina believes that life is full of both expected and unexpected challenges, and that seeking support, while not always easy, is a powerful step toward growth and healing. She strives to create a collaborative, supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel encouraged, respected, and empowered throughout their journey. Kristina believes each person already holds many strengths, and therapy is a space to identify, build upon, and lean into those strengths while working toward meaningful goals.

Kristina works with adolescents and adults experiencing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, OCD, ADHD, relationship and family stress, women’s issues, and life transitions. Her therapeutic style is individualized and integrative, with a strong foundation in a Person-Centered approach while incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients better understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

Kristina supports clients in identifying patterns, challenging unhelpful thought cycles, and developing practical coping strategies to manage anxiety and obsessive thinking. She is also open to working with couples, helping partners improve communication, increase understanding, and strengthen their connection.

Together, Kristina and her clients focus on building self-awareness, breaking negative cycles, and developing resilience while learning to navigate both the challenges within their control and the uncertainties of life. Kristina believes that every day is a new opportunity for growth and change, and she is committed to supporting clients as they take steps toward healing.

Kristina offers in-person sessions in Pennington as well as virtual therapy appointments. If you’re interested in seeing whether Kristina may be a good fit for your needs, she welcomes you to schedule a phone consultation to connect, ask questions, and take the first step toward your healing journey.
