Practice Manager

Gabby Dunning is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in New Jersey, an International Certified Gambling Counselor – Level I (ICGC-I), and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). She is dedicated to creating a safe, judgment-free space where clients can show up as their authentic selves. Gabby uses a client-centered approach that honors each individual’s unique experiences, values, and needs.

Gabby earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University and has experience supporting adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, addiction, and related challenges.

Gabby incorporates Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD, to help clients gradually face intrusive thoughts and reduce compulsive behaviors in a supportive and structured way. Alongside ERP, she integrates evidence-based approaches to help clients build coping skills, increase awareness of thought patterns, and develop greater confidence in managing anxiety and uncertainty.

In today’s fast-paced world, Gabby is passionate about creating a space where clients can slow down, feel heard, and truly be seen. She believes that clients are the experts of their own lives and uses this philosophy to support them as they heal, gain insight, and move toward meaningful goals.

Gabby also has a growing interest in working with couples and relationship dynamics, helping partners improve communication, increase understanding, and strengthen emotional connection.

Gabby believes that no one should have to face life’s challenges alone, and she is committed to being a genuine, empathetic, and consistent source of support for her clients. She is deeply invested in ongoing learning and professional development, continually expanding her clinical knowledge to provide the most ethical, effective, and compassionate care possible.
