Erin Wojcik LSW
Erin Wojcik is a Licensed Social Worker serving clients in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, providing individual therapy to adolescents and adults. Erin is passionate about supporting individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety (including health anxiety related to chronic illness), depression, and self-esteem concerns.
Erin earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University. She began her clinical training working in a homeless shelter as a CBT therapist, later transitioning into a full-time role as a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) therapist in an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Her additional experience as a high school counselorallows her to support clients in building emotional regulation skills while navigating major life changes and developmental transitions.
Before joining Wildflowers Within, Erin’s work as a DBT therapist focused on helping clients understand how patterns often develop as responses to past experiences. While these patterns may have once served as important survival tools, they can sometimes interfere with fully engaging in the present. Drawing from both DBT and CBT approaches, Erin collaborates with clients to gently explore these patterns, increase awareness of emotional responses, and support meaningful, lasting change.
Erin values building a strong, supportive therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow.
Outside of the therapy room, Erin enjoys spending time with her fiancé and dog, running, reading, listening to or playing live music, and relaxing at her favorite place — the Jersey Shore. She strongly believes that self-care is essential and encourages clients to explore what balance and wellness look like for them.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. If you’re interested in seeing if Erin may be a good fit, she welcomes you to schedule a phone consultation to connect and begin your healing journey.
