Nathalia Gomez

LSW

Nathalia is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who earned her Master of Social Work from Fordham University. She is passionate about helping individuals prioritize their mental health and believes in creating a space where conversations that may feel uncomfortable or shame-filled can be normalized and explored safely.

Nathalia has experience utilizing Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. She supports clients in building emotional regulation skills, identifying strengths, and fostering resilience, while working through life stressors, unhealthy thought patterns, and challenges within the parent-child relationship.

Nathalia works with children, adolescents, young adults, college students, and parents, and has a strong passion for supporting those navigating anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, and life transitions. As a second-generation immigrant, she brings an added level of understanding to the complexities of identity, family dynamics, and cultural expectations, helping clients feel seen and supported in their unique experiences.

Nathalia is dedicated to creating an authentic, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves. She brings a kind, attentive presence while also helping clients build accountability and confidence throughout their journey. She is committed to ongoing growth and learning to ensure she is providing the most current and effective care.

Outside of the therapy room, Nathalia enjoys trying new restaurants, going on walks with her family, and exploring her spirituality.
