Tatyana White

LSW

Tatyana is a Licensed Social Worker who works with children (9+), teens, and adults. She specializes in supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, and identity exploration, with a strong passion for working with LGBTQ+ youth.

As a proud queer person of color, Tatyana is dedicated to creating a space where clients can show up exactly as they are without judgment or pressure. She values authenticity in the therapy room and works to ensure clients feel safe, seen, and supported.

Tatyana’s approach is down-to-earth, honest, and collaborative, often incorporating creative techniques when helpful, including expressive activities that allow clients to process and communicate in ways that feel natural to them.

She enjoys working with clients who are figuring themselves out, building confidence, or navigating family and relationship dynamics, and supports them in making sense of their experiences at their own pace.

Tatyana is also dedicated to continuing her growth as a clinician, expanding her knowledge in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).

She is currently pursuing certification in play therapy and is expanding her work into couples therapy, bringing her collaborative and authentic approach into relationship work.

Tatyana currently has in-person availability at our Mount Laurel office. If you’re interested in seeing if she may be a good fit, she welcomes you to schedule a phone consultation to connect and get started.
