Nadia is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) who earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rider University. She is passionate about supporting clients in navigating life’s challenges with empathy, curiosity, and care.

Nadia has experience working in a DBT-oriented Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), where she supported clients using skills such as mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. She works with individuals navigating life stressors, unhealthy thought patterns, and a range of mental health concerns.

Nadia has a strong passion for working with adolescents, particularly teens who may be struggling with emotional regulation, identity, and life transitions. She is currently expanding her experience working with individuals, couples, and families, allowing her to support clients across different stages of life and relationship dynamics.

Nadia incorporates a strengths-based approach, helping clients identify their goals, build resilience, and create treatment plans that align with their personal values. She believes that each person is unique and that therapy should be a collaborative and individualized process, tailored to best support each client’s journey.

Nadia is dedicated to creating a non-judgmental, safe, and supportive space where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves authentically. She brings a warm, enthusiastic, and curious presence to her work, while remaining committed to ongoing learning and providing evidence-based, effective care.

Outside of the therapy room, Nadia enjoys reading, exercising, traveling, spending time in nature, and connecting with friends.
